Our products are delivered digitally. Once activation details have been provided and the service has been made available at your request, cancellation or refund options may be limited.

If you experience technical issues, first give us the opportunity to review setup or correct app settings.

When we help or correct

For incorrect activation details, delivery of the wrong package or a demonstrable technical block, we first look for an appropriate solution such as new details, setup help or a package correction.

Refunds are assessed case by case based on the order, usage, activation status and information you provided.

When refunds are generally not possible

Refunds are generally not possible when details were delivered correctly, the service has already been used, the issue comes from an unsuitable app or device setting, or a desired channel was not checked in advance.

Expired trials and already activated subscriptions are normally not partially refunded.
